Guiding principles for the elaboration of the Guide Code (DIGITAL DNA) of the Digital Society

So that the Guide Code of the Digital Society can be developed in a balanced way, respecting the harmonious relationship
between the ecological dimension, the social dimension and the technological dimension all over the world, it needs to be properly oriented
through fundamental principles that define the 3 dimensions as a whole.

The synchronic union and collaboration of all the peoples of the world is necessary to elaborate these fundamental principles (Guiding Principles).

To support this process, 8 fundamental principles have been identified within the Rigene Project and
8 fundamental principles have been added extrapolated from the Global Enaction Manifesto - GEM (http://www.enactionmanifesto.com/it/):

Principles of the Rigene Project:

1. Nature;
2. Union;
3. Collaboration;
4. Equilibrium;
5. Peace;
6. Resilience;
7. Synergy;
8. Harmony.

Principles of the GEM:


1. LIFE
Life is eco-systemic. Human beings can only live within a biological network, of which they are an integrated and interdependent part

2. HUMAN DIMENSIONS
Human dimensions are inseparable and include material, socio-relational, and spiritual aspects


3. SOCIAL WELL-BEING
Social well-being requires the combined development of all dimensions of human beings


4. TECHNOLOGY
Technology must be placed at the service of common well-being and used to help and protect life on Earth


5. SOCIAL LIFE
Social life is based on brotherhood, caring and on reciprocity


6. EDUCATION
Education fosters the full growth of a person and the systemic, ethical and aesthetic understanding of life


7. ISTITUTIONS
Institutions have the responsibility to fully stimulate and sustain the development of human beings and guarantee the safeguarding of the environment


8. TRANSFORMATION
Eco-systemic transformation is achieved through interdependence of thought and action
